ITINERARY 5 DAYS / 4 NIGHTS

Quito- Cuyabeno bridge – Lodge: Travel by bus (one day before, approximately eight hours to the bridge of Cuyabeno). Then by canoe along the Cuyabeno River (approximately three hours), our bilingual guides, certified by the Ministry of the Environment, will explain about the flora and fauna of the sector. Arrival at Canangueno Lodge for lunch, relaxing time, and then upstream we will visit the Laguna Grande to observe a beautiful sunset and return we will observe alligators and after dinner, night walk.

Visit to Native Community – Shaman House: After breakfast, by rowing canoe, we will arrive at a path that will take us about an hour and a half, to visit the community Siona Taraveya of Tarapuy, on the riverbank of the Cuyabeno River, under the care of our guides, who will explain the culture and traditions (Shaman).

After that, we will move to the community of Seoqueya, where with a family, we will do the demonstration of casabe (cassava bread making), we will also find handicrafts made by local people, such as bracelets, necklaces, shigras and ceramics. In the afternoon, back to the Lodge, by canoe rowing along the Cuyabeno River, we will enjoy the magic of nature watching and listening to the singing of birds, monkeys, pink dolphins and much more. Dinner.
